My song is called Somalia by K'naan, It's rap/reggae and it just came out this year.
He is talking about growing up in Somalia and how different it was there and how hard it was. He learned the english language so that he would be able to rap/sing and get out of his situation.

He is saying that people in small and poor countries are not treated fairly and havea terrible education so you have to do something to change it because no one is going to help you.

And when I try and sleep, I see coffins closin’."

There isn't really anything that is being done at the time to help this, there are some organizations that are raising money from people in more wealthy countries like the U.S. but that's just giving them money. The people in these countries need help in their education programs and money isn't going to give that to them necessarily. This song was writen during a struggle that is ongoing.
